With your Alhambra ticket you can access the entire monument: the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option), the Alcazaba, the Generalife Palace and its wonderful gardens, the Palace of Charles V and the monumental surroundings, all without queuing for tickets.

How to get there
- By booking our transfers from your accommodation.
- By car: Parking Alhambra (it is the only public parking in the area).
- City bus lines C30 and C32.
- Walking along Cuesta Gomérez.
- Accredited official guide in the selected language (the language will be selected during the booking process).
- Full Alhambra ticket, for access to the Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba, Generalife and Gardens, or entrance without Nasrid Palaces if this option is selected.
- Individual audio system for groups of more than 6 people, to guarantee the best listening quality.
- Map of the city.
- Transfers to the hotel (optional).
- Nothing not specified in the “What Includes” section.
- Before making the payment, please reconfirm that the information provided (name, surname, ID number, language…) is correct, as if it is not, you will be refused entry to the monument.
- It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
- Please be at the meeting point 15 minutes before.
- Children must bring a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the reservation.
- The tour for wheelchair users does not access certain areas of the monument.
- The tour requires a minimum group size of 6 participants. If the minimum number is not reached, an audio guide will be provided and the difference will be refunded.
- On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, you are making a request for availability. It is indicated during the payment process. Within a period of less than 72 hours, you will be answered informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is made in less than 72 hours from the start of the activity, you will be answered urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to charge the reservation.
- Duration between 2 and 4 hours depending on the option chosen (with or without palaces).
- Please note that only ticket types available for the selected date and time are shown. In case there is only one type of ticket available, you will be specified which accesses are included in your visit in the 2nd step. We recommend that you carefully read the information displayed during your reservation process.
- On certain occasions you will only be given the option to book the visit that does NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to the high demand and the reduced availability of the complete visit (with Nasrid Palaces). That is why we always recommend booking well in advance.
- In case of booking the waiting list option:
- If you choose this option you will be put on a waiting list in case of cancellations or last minute availability of tickets.
- Our confirmation rate is 96%.
- The deadline for confirmation is 8 hours before the time of your visit.
- If the tickets are not confirmed, the amount paid will be unblocked and you will receive a full refund.
- The time of access to the Nasrid Palaces (if you choose this option) will be confirmed by email upon availability. Remember that the access schedules are: from 10/15 to 03/31 from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and from 04/01 to 10/14 from 8:30 am to 7:00 pm.
- If you wish to leave the waiting list, please send an email requesting it to mytoptour@gmail.com until 20:00 the day before the visit.
- From the moment the reservation request is made, it cannot be changed or cancelled, nor will you receive any refund.

Jose Balvidia , is an amazing tour guide. He provided at all times valuable information based on historical data and details . He also shared pictures from the past which he would show as a "before and after" in his tablet. As an architect, I really enjoyed and appreciated having him as a tour guide for a place like Alhambra, so deeply rooted in history, traditions and cultures. One could not expect a better tour guide.
