- It is essential to carry a valid passport or ID card as it may be required at one of the entrances to the monument.
- Children must be included in the reservation as they will be required ticket to access the monument.
- Please be at the meeting point 10 minutes before the start of the visit.
- On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is less than 72 hours, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to collect it.

- Up to 48 hours before the visit: 11 euros per person for cancellation or change fees.
- Less than 48 hours from the start of the visit: changes or cancellations are not allowed.
- IMPORTANT: Cancellation fees come into force from the moment the reservation request is made.

- Not showing up on the tour will be considered a no show and the client will not be entitled to any refund.

Saray was a wonderful guide for my wife and I at the Mezquita. We were fortunate to have her guide only the two of us. She was very pleasant and personable. She is an archeologist by training and was very familiar with the area and its history. Her passion for the Mezquita was obvious. If all guides are like her we would definitely sign up for another tour.
