- On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, it is indicated when you are going to make the payment. Within a period of less than 72 hours, you will be answered informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is made in less than 72 hours from the start of the activity, you will be answered urgently. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to guarantee that in case of availability there are funds to charge the reservation.

- Up to 48 hours before the visit: 15 euros per person for cancellation or change fees.
- Less than 48 hours before the start of the tour: no changes or cancellations are allowed.
- Cancellation charges are effective from the time the reservation request is made.

- If you don’t attend the tour, it will be considered a no-show and you will not be entitled to any refund.
