- This pass can be used for one year from the time of issue. It allows only one visit to each museum, which does not have to be on the same day. The date selected in the reservation is the date on which the voucher is activated, from that moment on you will have one year to use it.
- Remember that the Reina Sofia Museum is closed on Tuesdays.
- To visit the Prado Museum it is necessary to redeem the voucher received at the ticket office. For visits to the Museo Nacional Thyssen Bornemisza and the Museo Reina Sofía you can show the voucher that we will send you via e-mail.
- On certain dates, due to the high demand for this visit and in order not to create overbookings, what is done is a request for availability, which is indicated when you are going to make the payment. In a period of less than 72 hours you will receive an answer informing you if there are places available or not. If the reservation is done less than 72 hours before the activity, you will receive an urgent reply. The amount will be blocked in the reservation request to ensure that in case of availability there are funds to charge it.
